Listening to grantees

An independent survey of the Walcot Foundation grantees' views

We supported the Walcot Foundation to learn more about their grantees’ experiences of their grant-making process, such as: application process; grant payment/grant communications; and reporting requirements.

161 grantees responded to the survey and two focus groups were carried out. Overall the response was incredibly positive for this open and trusting grant-maker, but this report also highlights suggestions for improvement that were made. In reflection, the Walcot Foundation have shared what they’ll do to take these suggestions into account.
