Community ownership and management of assets

A review of evidence on community organisations owning or managing assets, including buildings and land. The information was gathered by the authors in spring 2008 as part of their evidence review for Joseph Rowntree Foundation (JRF), and has been made available to help practitioners, policy-makers and researchers who are working in this area.

The review was carried out as part of wider scoping work to inform JRF work in this area and provides background material on community ownership of assets.
