Sam Brier

Sam is the Deputy Chair of IVAR’s Board of Trustees. He led the development of the Partnership Improvement Programme and was a facilitator of the Building Health Partnerships and the Health and Social Value programmes, as well as strategic review work with organisations funded by the Tudor Trust and Lankelly Chase.

Previous work

Sam was chief executive of Kids, a national charity for disabled children, for seven years. Prior to that he was executive director of Norwood, a Jewish charity providing services to children and adults with learning disabilities. He has a Masters degree in Public and Social Administration and a PhD in strategic decision-making in voluntary organisations.
