Fiona Ellis is an independent consultant and Director of Arrivo Consulting Ltd, with over 20 years’ experience delivering research and evaluation across Scotland’s public and third sectors. She specialises in designing and leading evaluations that help organisations understand their impact and learn what works, for whom and why. Fiona also supports organisations to strengthen their capacity for self-evaluation and impact measurement.
As a Research Associate with IVAR, Fiona has contributed to strategic reviews of grant-making trusts in Scotland and to research on collaborative funding models.
