O&T Accountability Self-reflection form

When you signed up to Open and Trusting, part of your commitment was to take part in an accountability process. We believe this is one of the most powerful parts of Open and Trusting – the opportunity to take stock of progress, interrogate sticking points and make plans to go further, with the support of trained charity reviewers.

As part of this, we would like you to fill out this self-reflection form. This following questions looks at your commitments – singling out areas where progress has been made, and where attention could be needed. These reflections will be shared with another funder and two charity reviewers prior to your peer review session.

One person per organisation should complete the form, but you are encouraged to discuss it first with colleagues.
