Eliza leads on IVAR’s organisational support work. This currently includes managing the delivery of the Anchors Strategic Development Programme (run by Locality and funded by the City Bridge Trust) and the One-to-One Support Project for Gypsy and Traveller Groups (funded by the Travellers Aid Trust). In addition, Eliza is involved in IVAR’s work delivering strategic and organisational support for grantees of the Tudor Trust and Lankelly Chase.

Eliza is also responsible for developing IVAR’s communications and helping to ensure that dissemination activity meets the needs of our key audiences: practitioners, funders, infrastructure bodies and policy makers.

While at IVAR, Eliza has worked on research exploring the role of Compact disputes in cross-sector partnerships; funding plus practices in the UK; and models of capacity building, as well as a number of strategic reviews and merger studies.

Eliza previously worked in research, communications and policy at a number of voluntary and community sector organisations, including the National Literacy Trust, Child Poverty Action Group and Campaign for Learning.
