The Study had two principal aims - to gather evidence about the current range and use of approaches to ‘performance diagnosis’ within the voluntary and community sector and to produce practical tools that will help voluntary and community organisations to complete a diagnosis of their strengths and weaknesses and
ways of overcoming them (in particular, the adoption and use of structured approaches to performance improvement).
