This is an Executive Summary of the Final Report of a Study carried out by the Centre for Voluntary Action Research at Aston Business School for Volunteering England between October 2005 and January 2006. The Study had two principal aims - to gather evidence of the benefits and impact of the adoption and use of Investing in
Volunteers and to develop a framework for the future development of impact measurement for organisations using Investing in Volunteers.
