Grandparents' Association - research participant
IVAR worked with the Grandparents' Association as part of the ongoing strategic support programme funded by The Tudor Trust. As a result of the review the organisation developed a strategic plan that has led to them being able to bring in additional staff and funds. These developments have enabled the charity to continue to respond to the 8,000 calls and 2 million website hits it receives per year.
