Project name: Collaboration Benefits Programme
Project partners: bassac, ACRE, Community Foundation Network
IVAR project manager: Leila Baker 
This is a 2 year project with IVAR working in partnership with bassac, ACRE  and the Community Foundation Network. The focus of the work is to develop and deliver training as well as evaluate and support the work of 60 clusters of collaborating VCOs.
 
Project name: Anchors Strategic Development programme - CBCB2 (Capacity Building for Capacity Builders 2)
Project partners:City Bridge Trust, bassac
IVAR project manager: Ben Cairns
 
This is a three year programme which will undertake five strategic reviews of Community Anchor organisations per year and action learning with up to a further 35 across London.
